This small Aluminium motorbike was the first piece of material our Waterjet ever cut.

We can cut shapes from any size material.

This is a part we cut for a customer from 50mm Alloy Bar.

We are able to make up jigs for any material we cut. This was a jig we made out of pipe clamps to hold in place the 50mm Alloy bar in the picture above.
Having a well designed jig is vital for the cut of the material. If it's held in place correctly, it makes for an efficient and accurate cut.

The worn out bushing has been cut out on our WaterJet, ready for a new bush to be machined and welded into place.
This is CNC cut. Near perfect finish and very precise.
